Your life has been years of late nights making somebody else's numbers look good. It's about time to go home and run the family dive bar you inherited to start your journey escaping the corporate grind. You are the bartender in a sim roguelite where you manage a bar serving a range of interesting local town folks as well as a few other 'patrons' who might show up from time to time. Do your best to survive 30 nights and earn the deed to the bar while pouring your way through a shift that is never the same twice. Cards and dice are constantly rewriting the rules of every night, and shall we say the game has pickled eggs, cats, vomit, and attitude. Enough said. See how many nights you can survive in Sticky Floors... the weirdest dive bar you will ever set foot in. Behind the barPour, mix, slide and serve. Twelve taps of beer, a wine shelf, a cooler full of canned drinks, and a well for the cocktails you learn along the way.Keep the kegs flowing. A tap runs dry mid rush and the fresh keg is back in the storage room. Every trip off the floor costs you time, and time is the one thing the bar never gives back. Check their IDs. Serve a minor and the police might end your run. Serve the wrong drink and a pissy patron might end your run. Clean up. Somebody always has one too many. Mop it yourself, or let the Puke Master 3000 earn its keep. Every night plays by different rulesThe House deals first. Each night the House draws a card against you.Build a nice rack. Earn Wild Cards, buy and sell at the Night Market.Earn your loot! Survive the night and open a loot case: fish for the bar tank, lamps, dice sets, card decks, wall posters, outfits and of course cold hard cash.Make that paper. The landlord comes around on a schedule. Survive 30 nights to earn the deed. The crowdRegulars who remember. Good service builds friendships, bad service builds grudges, and both carry across nights.A few stranger patrons show up from time to time.Bar fights, dance floors, trivia nights, custom beer cans, and cats. It's a full house.Take care of the store fish, cats, and other interesting petsThe detailsSingle-player. What a Steam playtest is
A playtest is a test build of a game that developers offer before release. On Steam you sign up for testing on the game's page. Whether you get access immediately, or the developer invites you first, is decided by the developer and can change.
