Infectum is a first-person horror shooter set in the secret complexes of an underground laboratory. Shoot, hack, gather clues. Keep an eye on your sanity level — madness will destroy you faster than the mutants. Go insane or die trying to escape.
What a Steam playtest is
A playtest is a test build of a game that developers offer before release. On Steam you sign up for testing on the game's page. Whether you get access immediately, or the developer invites you first, is decided by the developer and can change.
