Horn of Africa is an open-world survival and piracy game set on the coast of East Africa. Start with a small fishing boat, collect containers at sea, raid ships, trade contraband, and build your own pirate operation.
What a Steam playtest is
A playtest is a test build of a game that developers offer before release. On Steam you sign up for testing on the game's page. Whether you get access immediately, or the developer invites you first, is decided by the developer and can change.
