Flaghead is an arena shooter roguelite in which you play a state trying to survive across history, from the Middle Ages to a dystopian future.
What a Steam playtest is
A playtest is a test build of a game that developers offer before release. On Steam you sign up for testing on the game's page. Whether you get access immediately, or the developer invites you first, is decided by the developer and can change.
