Delusional is a chaotic top-down roguelike shooter where you battle absurd enemies with hundreds of ridiculous weapons, all in a desperate bid to defeat the eccentric artiste who created you.
What a Steam playtest is
A playtest is a test build of a game that developers offer before release. On Steam you sign up for testing on the game's page. Whether you get access immediately, or the developer invites you first, is decided by the developer and can change.
